  • Must give a 24 hour notice for cancellations
  • All appointments that are paid for online or over the phone will have one chance for a no call/show. After the first time you rebook & pay for the service again
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule
  • No refunds on services or retail products under any circumstances
  • For boutique items only , you can receive store credit that will last up to 72 hours
